Bunifu e-conferencing provides production, technical and hosting support for large online events for both the education, private and not-for-profit sectors. Our team are experienced content developers, producers, designers and A/V and Web-streaming professionals with over 100 years of combined experience. In the education sector, we have managed online learning and development events of up to 35,000 participants from curriculum development through production. We have global corporate experience having worked with clients from Google to Prudential.

Engaging audiences remotely and ensuring that attendees experience the level of production that they would at a physical event requires a multi-pronged approach.

The benefit of hosting online events is that pre-recorded content can be seamlessly integrated into the live event. Keynote sessions can be recorded supplemented by business graphics, video and other imagery in post production to create well presented, best-in-class content.

We are experienced at managing plenaries and break outs with speakers from different sites and our expert technicians flawlessly manage Q&A and polling sessions. We are A/V specialists ensuring the appropriate sound and video configuration for optimal performance.

We have the capability of running your event simultaneously on  platforms like Zoom, Facebook Live and Youtube Live and can also support or manage your social media to include customized hashtags and user engagement.

 

POST

CONFERENCE

Post-conferencing activities are as important as the conference itself. Recording the conference and the associated components enables you to host the content on your website as a revenue generator well beyond the conference end date. 

As a part of our post-mortem process, we provide data summaries that include session conversion rates, summaries of polls and Q&A. We additionally provide post session evaluations and post-plenary surveys to your attendees to capture satisfaction data, general feedback and ideas.
